Do you offer sales only, or installation as well?

We operate comprehensively. DF Studio NYC is a showroom selling the highest quality materials, while our sister company – David Flooring – and a network of trusted contractors handle the professional installation of floors, windows, and doors. You can be sure that the material will be installed according to industry standards.

Can I see the windows and roofs before purchasing?

Of course, this is our advantage over online stores. We invite you to our showroom on Staten Island (243 Grandview Ave), where you can touch the materials, check how the window mechanisms work, and choose a roof color in person, rather than from a catalog.

How do your windows differ from those in home improvement stores?

We sell European-style windows (uPVC and Aluminum), which are more massive, warmer, and feature a tilt & turn function. This is a completely different quality of insulation and ease of use compared to the standard sliding windows available in American stores.

Do you handle orders outside of New York?

Yes, our main office is on Staten Island, but we also have a branch in Conway, South Carolina (3885 Golden Key Road). We serve clients and contractors in both of these locations and the surrounding areas.

As a contractor, can I count on special terms?

Definitely. We support local professionals. We offer attractive prices for companies, access to professional chemicals and tools, and technical support. Stop by for a coffee and let’s talk about a long-term partnership.

Services

Metal roofs (Worthouse)

Armored protection for your home that will withstand any storm.

We offer modular metal roof tiles from the renowned brand Worthouse. This is a solution that outperforms traditional “shingles” in terms of durability and wind resistance (especially important in windy NY or SC). You get a complete roofing system from us, along with the necessary accessories and flashings, which looks modern and lasts for generations.

European windows (Aluminum and uPVC)

Silence, warmth, and a tilt & turn system that is missing in American windows.

We sell technologically advanced aluminum and uPVC windows imported from Europe. Forget about leaky frames – our profiles guarantee a drastic reduction in heating bills in winter and air conditioning in summer. We offer sliding systems (ideal for patios) and classic windows with a tilt function, which work well in dense urban areas.

Exterior and interior doors

Your home's calling card that will deter burglars.

In our offer, you will find steel and aluminum doors with increased burglary resistance, as well as elegant interior doors. We focus on modern design that fits both lofts in Brooklyn and single-family homes on Staten Island. Solid filling, excellent seals, and a design that makes an impression from the threshold.

Wooden floors and panels

A floor you want to walk on barefoot – sales and professional installation.

Thanks to our cooperation with David Flooring, you can not only buy parquet or vinyl panels from us but also order their professional installation. We advise on what to lay in a damp basement and what in a representative living room. We have access to hardwood and modern composites that will withstand dog claws and children’s play.

Building materials and chemicals

Professional support for every contractor.

Don’t waste time looking for specialized chemicals all over the city. We have EcoFirmWorld products, epoxy systems, microcement, hand tools, and everything for concrete finishing in stock. These are products for professionals who cannot afford complaints due to poor quality glue or priming.
